With the reopening of our doors comes additional safety protocol to keep clients and their families safe as well as our staff and families. We PLEAD for your transparency and courteousness as our services are impossible to perform with 6 foot distance. So this is the best way to keep everyone as safe as possible and reduce risk.
We've experienced numerous occasions where clients share during their service a family member has the flu or themselves days prior and it puts us in a very uncomfortable and vulnerable situation considering the proximity of the face. Please don't allow beauty to rank over health. Especially during a global pandemic.
We reserve the right to cancel and stop your service at any point we feel you may exhibit symptoms of illness or state exposure during conversation and you will be charged for the service.
DO NOT come to your appointment with ANY symptoms of illness (cough, fever, sore throat or general feelings of illness) within the last 14 days. If you do, you will be asked to leave and pay for your service
DO NOT come to your appointment if you've had exposure to COVID within 14 days of your appointment. If you do, you will be asked to leave and pay for your service
Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment in order to keep the waiting room empty. Please maintain 6 foot distancing in waiting area
Please arrive wearing a mask over your mouth and nose
Wash your hands in the restroom with soap and water upon arrival. If you choose to wear gloves, please put them on AFTER you've washed your hands
NO guests or children will be allowed at your appointment
Do not enter without an appointment. If you need product, call
Clients receiving any service other than a facial will be required to bring and wear a mask over mouth and nose during service. A scarf or bandanna is OK. If client does not comply, they will be asked to leave and will be charged for the service. We hope to have homemade masks available for purchase in the near future.
Minimize talking during service
Fluffy blankets will be removed from lash services
Facial clients are asked to no longer pull the blanket up towards face to coverup until a barrier towel is placed by Esthetician
Appointments will be spaced 15-30 minutes between clients to allow for extra sanitation protocols
All unnecessary items will be removed from the waiting room
Please do not touch things unless you plan to purchase
We will want to hug you and shake your hands, but we cannot
