Cancellation, No Show & Late Policy:
Please notify us by email or phone 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be charged 100% of the service. Of which, must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, your service will be shortened. It may also be cancelled entirely as time may not permit. Of which, you will be charged 100% of the service.
Some appointments require a deposit.

All sales are final. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for anything other than service or product. Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
